Shipping policy
Rèule Detres ships worldwide. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our Shopify store. Please allow additional handling time during launch periods and high-demand drops.
Processing Time
- Standard orders: 5-8 business days processing before shipment
- Custom and made-to-measure orders: timeline confirmed at time of order
- Orders placed during a drop or launch may experience extended processing
Shipping Timeframes
- United States: 2-4 weeks
- International: 3–4 weeks depending on destination
- Expedited options available at checkout
Rèule Detres is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control. International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business weeks of your order, contact us at hq@reuledetres.com.
