Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Please review the following before requesting a cancellation.
Standard Orders
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email hq@reuledetres.com immediately with your order number and subject line: CANCELLATION REQUEST — [Order Number].
Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. If you need to cancel before production begins, the deposit will be forfeited.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the estimated ship date
- Cancellations requested after this window will receive store credit only
If your order has already shipped, the cancellation window has closed. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy to initiate a return once the item is delivered.
We appreciate your understanding. As a limited-production brand, every order directly impacts our production planning and we are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations outside of these windows.
