At Rèule Detres, every piece is produced in limited quantity and to a high standard of craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Sale items, custom orders, and made-to-measure pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
• Earrings and accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hq@reuledetres.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size where stock is available. Due to our limited production runs, exchanges are not guaranteed. If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
